Requires Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related field of study and 2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting or private equity investing. Experience specified must include 2 years of experience with each of the following investment screening and analysis, due diligence, portfolio management, structuring and executing transactions, as well as related negotiations; operational and financial modeling, valuation and quantitative analysis utilizing the full range of Microsoft Office; preparing investment memoranda, client presentations, and managing third party due diligence partners including attorneys, accountants and technical consultants; using financial databases including Bloomberg and Capital IQ, and analyzing and evaluating public and private Companys financial data and filings; and assessing various industries, macroeconomic and company specific trends and potential future implications. Requires up to 25 domestic or international travel. Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days a week.br br Will accept any suitable combination of education, training andor experience.
