SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Skills with the following required microprocessor architecture and the microarchitecture of modern CPUs; hardware RTL design in Verilog, System Verilog, VHDL, or Chisel; RISCV architecture; C or assembly language and at least one objectoriented or functional programming language such as Scala; designing of multiple pipeline stages of several high performance commercial microprocessors or microcontrollers; complete CPU or SOC design cycles; and directed and random testing, assertion and coverage property principles and practices.br br Skills may be gained through academic coursework and concurrently while pursuing academic studies.br br EDUCATION Doctorate degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.br br Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
