Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Must have 2 years of experience with the following skills solid knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Management, Procurement Market Analysis PMA, and Total Cost of Ownership TCO; experience analyzing Technical Build to Print Drawings for metal and fiber reinforced plastic fabrications to establish optimum fit with supply base; in depth ERP System experience; SAP knowledge essential; ability to develop Technical ShouldCost Analysis; use of Advanced Negotiation methods for optimal results. e.g. eAuction, Value Engineering, Plastics Chemicals and Metal Market Indexs; experience utilizing current and historical data to analyze supplier capacity, capability and organization strength for the development of negotiation strategies and executing negotiations successfully; solid experience with contract management; success with International InterCultural Professional experiences and Global Sourcing. Approximately 15 domesticinternational travel required. Employer will accept 2 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
