Ten 10 years of experience testing and troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic systems of wind turbines. Experience must include Developing, implementing, and operating electricalbr testing systems including test engines; Recommending design changes, new designs, or new manufacturing processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency; Communicating technical andbr commercial issues to end customers including proper implementation and evaluation of routine specifications, performance characteristics, and other technical data; Resolving issuesbr including electrical and hydraulic issues on all turbines, hub power unit and test equipment; Familiarity with the following turbine components Cisco switch, fiber optic communication,br ethernet, TCM system, Phoenix PLC system, KK Windsolutions control system, and STC Siemens Turbine Controller; Preparing or writing technical documents including Non Conformitybr Reports and Basic Work Instructions; Use of the following software programs Microsoft office, Test engine, and raw copy Team Center; and Providing training to employees performingbr electrical assembly or electrical testing work. Up to 5 domestic travel and 5 international travel required.
