Must have experience in Leading strategic initiatives and change management; Engineering Research Development,br Supply Chain and Finance business processes; Leading multinational and multicultural teams without hierarchical authority; Market knowledge in the global wind industry landscape ofbr customers, suppliers and competitors; Product lifecycle management principles and processes utilized within the wind industry, from initiation of product development to retirement ofbr product from active portfolio; Cost structure and drivers of cost therein for direct material cost in wind turbine products and project execution cost in wind power projects, including standardbr costing methods and PoC process; Quality methods and systems, proven through certification by a quality society e.g. ASQ; Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, Excel; Microsoftbr PowerBI including DAX coding; Business Excellence software; and SAP.
