Masters degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business Administration, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelors degree in the above listed fields and 7 years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. Must have full term of experience with the following skills professional experience in a global environment in governance functions in a large multinational corporation; experience in leading and coaching local and global projects and running virtual crossfunctional teams in an international environment; advanced knowledge in SAP, Standard MSOffice Tools, data visualization applications and quality management tools; extensive network within Siemens Energy supplier quality governance functions; indepth knowledge and experience in different cultural behaviors. LEAN certification required.
