Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Must have work experience in each of the following 1 drafting, negotiating and reviewing transaction documents for a range of clients, including private equity firms; 2 performing buyside legal due diligence in connection with spinoffs, divestitures and buyout transactions; 3 analyzing corporate governance issues, including in connection with hostile activity; and 4 assisting clients with capital raising activities, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and other royalty arrangements.
