Masters degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related quantitativeSTEM field and at least 6 months of work experience as a Data Analyst or related position in machine learning. In the alternative, employer will accept Bachelors degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related quantitativeSTEM field and at least 2 years of work experience as a Data Analyst or related position in machine learning. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.br br Work experience must include experience in R or Python, SQL, data visualization tools, knowledge and application of cloud computing services e.g., AWS EC2, ECS,EC3, Batch, ML operations and orchestration e.g., MLflow, and asynchronous messaging systems, e.g., SQSSNS, Redis, Kafka; giving verbal presentations and communicating with technologies like Zoom and Slack.br br The Beneficiary qualifies because they earned a Masters of Science in Management Information Systems degree from Auburn University in 2019 and has also earned 6 months of work experience from Shipt, Inc. as a Data Scientist Intern from August 2019 to January 2020.br br While employed at Shipt, Inc. the Beneficiary also received the special skills and requirements, including experience in Python, SQL, data visualization tools necessary for the proffered position.br br As to H8C, Employers true alternative requirement is 6 months as stated above.
