Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM field foreign degree equivalent accepted and 3 years of experience with related software development occupation e.g., Software Engineer, Web Application Developer, Lead Data Engineer, etc., including 2 years of machine learningAI engineering industry experience, and Big Data Technologies which may have been gained concurrently inbr br Implementing architectures to handle webscale data;br Python API development framework e.g., FastAPI, Django, or Flask;br Cloud computing services or platforms e.g., GCP;br SQL databases e.g., Snowflake, Postgres, and Redshift;br Written and verbal communications skills explaining technical topics such as Machine Learning results and applications to data scientists, engineers, and business partners.br br The Beneficiary qualifies because Beneficiary earned a Master of Science in Computer Science degree from Columbia University in 2017. The Beneficiary also earned the necessary 3 years of work experience because they worked at Target Corp., as a Senior Data Engineer a.k.a. Senior AI Engineer from October 2018 to September 2021 35 months; Altice USA dba CSC Holdings, LLC as a Data Warehouse Developer from March 2017 to September 2018 19 months; and Tech Mahindra Private Limited., as a Software Engineer from January 2014 to May 2015 16 months. While employed with the above employers, the Beneficiary also received the special skills and requirements, including implementing architectures to handle webscale data; written and verbal communications skills explaining technical topics such as Machine Learning results and applications to data scientists, engineers, and business partners; and Python API development framework e.g., FastAPI, Django, or Flask, which are necessary for the proffered position.
