Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Architecture, or a related field.br Six months of architectural design experience inbr o Participating in preconstruction, preinstallation and regular progress meetings with design teams;br o Preparing diagrams illustrating spatial relationships and functional adjacencies;br o Communicating design ideas to clients and consultants using threedimensional and twodimensional computer aided design software;br o Developing and maintaining digital models using 3D BIM software or AutoCad;br o Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modelling software to create rendered views of architectural designs;br o Utilizing Adobe Indesign to assemble design presentations for internal andor external review.br Position also requires education or experience in Selecting finishes based on technical properties and aesthetic requirements; and Preparing contract documents drawings and specifications to be used for construction.
