Experience must include four 4 years of experience with conducting microbiological analyses of laboratory samples in a GMP laboratory in accordance with USP, EP, ASTM, AOAC, FDA, EPA procedures, procedures supplied by clients, and other nonroutine procedures as encountered by using knowledge of technical references and documenting data in notebooks and Laboratory Information Management Systems LIMS; four 4 years of experience with Isolating bacteria recovered on client samples to perform a wide range of supplemental bacterial testing including, but not limited to oxidase tests, catalase tests, coagulase tests, gram stain, bacterialyeastmold identifications; and using results to determine sources of client manufacturing contaminations and classifying growth as harmful or infectious; four 4 years of experience with performing laboratory quality assurance tasks, including but not limited to laboratory area monitoring, media qualification, incubator temperature mapping and upkeep, instrument and equipment calibration, and maintenance and sterilization procedures; four 4 years of experience with scheduling analyses for laboratory staff in the Microbial Limits department so that completion deadlines are met with a keen eye on ensuring that all such analyses are conducted thoroughly and thoughtfully; four 4 years of experience with writing Biological Reactivity invitro technical reports in accordance with SGS reporting policy and relaying pertinent data and recommendations to clients based on testing results; four 4 years of experience with utilizing knowledge of antibiotics and various types of pharmaceutical samples to develop test methods based on bacterial resistance, sample properties and makeup, and test sample manipulation in order to acquire proper microbial recovery that will satisfy SGS, USP and client test scope requirements; four 4 years of experience with preparing media, chemical reagents and microorganisms, as well as performing the necessary quality control identifications and classifications, required to conduct microbiological analyses in the laboratory; and four 4 years of experience with applying microbiological laboratory aseptic techniques, good housekeeping, and disinfection per company laboratory Standard Operating Procedures.
