Bachelors Degree in Instructional Design or a related field in lieu of a Bachelors Degree, will accept 2 years of experience in the job offered or related role;br 5 years of experience in the job offered or related role with Rapid eLearning, scenariobased training, immersive webbased training WBT, performing crossplatform content design, authoring, developing, and designing elearning modules, storyboarding, content sourcing and writing, microlearning, videobased learning, TechSmith SnagIt, ADDIE, and SAM;br 5 years of experience with employing instructional systems theories, including Gagnes Nine Events, Blooms Taxonomy, Kirkpatricks Evaluation Model, and Ruth Clarks Principles;br 3 years of experience working in a corporate setting performing requirements gathering and using HTML and Articulate Storyline; creating instructional design documents IDD; authoring, developing, and designing classroom aids and user guides; and implementing LMS Learning management systems and CMS Content Management Systems Administration and Management.
