Helpers must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. Helpers must be comfortable to work at heights i.e., on the top of roofs. Helpers work outside in all weather conditions. Helpers must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.br br Work experience helping with any type of construction is accepted, including roofing, painting, siding, and other construction work site labor.br br TRAVEL DETAILS Workers will report to the worksite address at the beginning of each day. Workers will then be transported, free of charge, to properties throughout Westchester, Putman, and Bronx Counties in New York and Stamford and Greenwhich, CT areas to perform landscaping services. Workers will be returned to the worksite address at the end of the work day.br br DETAILS TO ANSWER OF QUESTION C.9 There is a familial relationship between the owner of the petitioner business Juan Serrano, and the beneficiary Mr. Illescas Serrano. Mr. Serrano is the beneficiarys uncle. However, the beneficiary had no involvement in any of the recruitment process, holds no ownership interest in the business, does not influence in any way the decisionmaking of the business, and did not participate in the business before, during or after the recruitment period.br br FURTHER EXPLANATION TO PREVAILING WAGE In field F.5 we included the prevailing wage determination that was listed in G.4. of the ETA9141. This prevailing wage was based on the primary work location and the minimum job requirements of the position. However, the ETA9141 includes other wages for alternative job requirements and additional worksites. The highest prevailing wage for all the potential additional worksites is 39,603.00 per year. The wage offered of 40,000.00 per year that was advertised during recruitment and listed in G.1 of this form is higher than the highest wage determined in the ETA9141.
