Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or its equivalent and 3 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate Pharmaceutical ITsoftware support experience. Employer will also accept a Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or its equivalent and 1 year of Pharmaceutical ITsoftware support experience.br br Must also have the following skillsexperiencebr br Providing enduser support utilizing medication software, including CaraSolva MedSupport, PointClickCare, iCare Manager, and ChartMeds.br br Utilizing Excel to compile, track, summarize, and report project status.br br Utilizing Jira ticketing system to collect, monitor, and resolve system issues.br br Providing IT support in Pharmaceutical HIPPA environments and conforming to HIPPA guidelines.br br Working in a Pharmaceutical environment utilizing Prodigy Proscript and Frameworks LTC.br br 25 regional travel required.br br Note any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
