Requires industry experience and demonstrated understanding of city, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to energy regulation, environmental regulation, and labor regulations in Mexico. Requires industry experience and demonstrated proficiency with project management. Requires industry experience and demonstrated proficiency with audit methodology and phases, and how to apply the methodology. Requires industry experience and demonstrated proficiency with business and risk analysis for audit risk assessments and development of audit plan objectives. Requires industry experience and demonstrated proficiency with using data analytics procedures in support of audit testing and improvement initiatives. Requires industry experience and ability to review and apply environmental health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations in Spanish and English to company operations. Requires industry experience with 1 Standard business applications for financial systems; 2 Data analytic systems such as Power BI and use of Excel; and 3 Proficiency to read, speak, and write in English and Spanish in a business environment, including participating in meetings in management in both Spanish and English. 10 25 local, national, and international travel required, with expenses reimbursed.
