This position requires a Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field and three years of work experience in business strategy and sales in the Electrical Manufacturing industry leading strategy execution across multiple business units andor commercial operations for business transformation and digitization. Must have work experience with 1. Strategy Execution and business planning for smart home and electrical products focused on growth, business model transformation, and channel planning; 2. Data analysis and visualization of Financial and Operations data with BI tools including Tableau and Microsoft Office; 3. Competitive intelligence analysis including SWOT and building presentations for Executive Team; 4. Financial modeling of PL for stakeholders down to the end consumer; 5. Forecasting for supply chain planning across multiple regions and businesses; 6. Working and effectively influencing teams horizontally across the organizational matrix; and 7. Experience using Sales Operations Tools and conducting training sessions for large crossfunctional teams.
