Bachelor of Science or FDE in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience. Alternatively, candidates wo a degree must have a HS diploma and 5 years of experience. Experience must include 3 years in the following applying technical knowledge of pneumatic conveying, air filtration, weighing and feeding systems win Food, Pet Food, Sanitary Industry and how to apply to meet customer requirements; applying knowledge of effective sales techniques, including ability to solution sell and close orders and ability to team sell; applying oral and written communication skills; organizing technical presentations and speaking in a group setting; using knowledge of company policies, procedures, products and services to promote Schenck Process capabilities and competencies and differentiate Schenck Process from competitors; experience with outsourced manufacturing and pricing of various products and services; applying knowledge of processes used in Food, Pet Food, Sanitary facilities with primary focus on solids handling; applying knowledge of PFD, PID and technical specification and drawings interpretation; applying mechanical inclination and knowledge of manufacturing processes and design standards and codes; using CRMCPQ, AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; working in an environment providing a high level of detail; organizing, prioritizing, and handling multiple work assignments; specifying, quoting, designing, and selling durable capital equipment in a process industry in Food, Pet Food, or Sanitary markets. Travel 25 domestic, 5 international.
