High School Diploma or GED or its equivalent; certification or accreditation in auto body andor paint technology; minimum of 6 months experience in skilled labor, such as vehicle painting, refinishing or related field; knowledge of operating refinishing painting power equipment and tools to apply paint with decorative, protective and other coating or finish; ability to select pint according to company requirements, and match colors of paint, judge colors of brightness and shade; manual dexterity, endurance, flexibility and the ability to see details at close range; able to plan; organize and manage work assignments to meet required objectives; able to work a full time schedule, 5days a week; able to read and comprehend instructions in English language; able to write routine reports and present information to customers and other employees
