B master plans through complex built site work.br br Masters degree in Landscape Architecture or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus two years of experience in performing landscape architecture design for large scale master plans through complex built site work. Specific skillsother requirements Must also possess one year of the following Performing site design and detailing using AutoCAD; Performing 3D modeling using Rhino 3D, SketchUp, Grasshopper, Revit and realtime VR rendering using Lumion and Enscape; Producing landscape architecture presentation graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Performing project mapping and analysis using ArcGIS; Fabricating physical models using CNC machines, 3d Printers for design study mock ups and materiality researches; Experience in all phases of landscape architecture, including master planning, concept design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration; Working with developers and coordinating local codes, regulations, design permitting, and, planning regulations for public projects, including but not limited to, ADA Standards for Accessible Design, China National Construction Standards, and Low Impact Development Standards; and Coordinating with local consultants and directing the production of physical models, renderings, and animations for design presentations.
