Masters degree in Architecture, City planning or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent and three 3 years of experience in urban planning and design or in the alternative, a Bachelors degree in Architecture, City planning or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent and five 5 years of experience in urban planning and design. Specific skillsother requirements Position requires three years of experience in the following Performing urban design for master plans in the domestic market, including neighborhood, district, streetscape, and campus master plans; Performing all aspects of urban design, programming and conceptual design including sketches, illustrative graphics, 3D modeling, rendering, spatial analysis, and space utilization, through document production; Innovating and analyzing various elements of urban environment including land use, zoning requirements, public space, building typologies, and circulation systems of different urban forms; Interfacing and facilitating engagement with a range of clients including commercial developers, universities, campus stakeholders, municipalities, and city planners through all phases of urban planning and design; and Utilizing hand sketch, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Vray, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, GIS, and Microsoft Office to represent and communicate ideas with various stakeholders.
