Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics, plus three years of experience in position offered or as an Analyst in an international bank or financial services firm.br br 18 months of the required experience must have included using research and analytical techniques, as well as knowledge of Latin American economy, currency and local debt capital market dynamics to study and evaluate the economic and financial conditions of financial transactions and companies; applying knowledge of local accounting practices in Latin American markets to review and analyze corporate financial reports, statements of profits and earnings, statements of past earnings, and other financial data in order to reach preliminary conclusions on structuring alternatives; valuing prospective borrower companies using financial modeling, economic forecasting, and statistical analysis methodologies; analyzing the risk of each potential transaction; and originating and executing debt capital markets transactions for Latin American clients relying on knowledge of fixed income concepts and function of local and international debt capital markets.br br Approximately 20 domestic and international travel required.br br Telecommuting is permitted from any location in the U.S.
