Bachelors Degree in Law, Finance, or Applied Mathematics, plus three years of experience in the offered position or as an Assistant Vice President or Financial Planning Associate at a global investment bank or financial services firm.br br Two years of the required experience must have included leading strategic planning and business development using knowledge of financial instruments including rates and FX, bonds credit, options and futures, securities financing, and equities; summarizing key ideas and communicating strategies in presentations; managing and coordinating projects with crossfunctional teams and key stakeholders including senior executives, across teams, divisions and geographies; monitoring risk metrics, including counterparty risk, market risk, and operational risk by calculating and analyzing VaRSVaR, sensitivity and scenario risk measures, probability at default, and exposure at default; applying GAAP and IFRS for accounting and financial reporting; using knowledge of banking rules Basel III, CRD IV, Swap Dealer, SECFINRA, MiFID II, and EMIR to determine impact on the business; performing stress tests and capital planning, including CCAR; and supporting electronic trading development by understanding electronic platforms and partnering with vendors.br br NOTE The foreign worker, Garikoitz FELIU GASCON, is not a direct investor of the petitioner.
