Masters in Management or an Engineering discipline, plus 3 years of experience in position offered or an associate director or project manager role at a bank or financial institution.br br All required experience must have included analyzing and understanding complex data and developing key conclusions and recommendations; managing risk assessment for multiple projects; communicating with and reporting to senior management; applying agile and traditional project management skills; experience with time and organizational management, risk and cost management, and performance monitoring; and knowledge of technical methodologies for project management such as Agile and Scrum, IT tools Jira or ServiceNow, MS Office Suite, MS Project tools, basic knowledge of digital banking platforms, and digital banking customer experience and user interface.
