Masters degree in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Physiology, a related field, or foreign degree equivalent and one year of laboratory experience in an academic or industry setting. This experience must include one year of experience in each of the followingbr PCR, RTPCR, or qPCR.br Culturing mammalian cell lines with demonstrated competence in sterile cell culture technique and standard laboratory procedures.br Applying principles of flow cytometry and IHC.br Working with in vivo and in vitro models of disease.br Performing basic injection techniques, including at least one of the following IP, IV, andor oral gavage.br Tissue harvest and processing.br Interacting with IACUC, including direct experience with study documentation and protocol writing.br Handson experience performing surgery.br Collaborating with seniorlevel scientists PhD.br Independently implementing and analyzing experiments.br br Experience may be gained concurrently.
