Masters degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Statistics, a related field, or a foreign equivalent plus 2 years of postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or related role. Applicants must have 2 years of experience with the following 1 R, Python, SQL and Hadoop Hive, Impala, Pig for data mining to provide datadriven insights; 2 Medallia Customer Experience Platform; 3 business process designimprovement, including gathering requirements, documenting workflows and developing specifications as well as business framework and wireframe design, technical and QA documentation; 4 developing Tableau dashboards; 5 root cause effect for addressingdetecting any data issueserrors and enhancements to support the business; 6 SAP, CRM and call management tools; 7 statistical modeling, AB testing, cluster analysis, and sample size calculations and tests of significance; 8 Google and Adobe Analytics; and 9 Project management.
