Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, a related field, or a foreign equivalent plus 3 years of postbaccalaureate experience in a related role. Applicants must possess 3 years of experience in the following 1 delivering high availabilityscalable big data solutions to drive strategic business decisions; 2 Ensuring Privacybr compliance of all Data systems; 3 Data Engineering, Platform and System Architecture, TableauVisualization and insight generation; 4 driving data strategy for a customer centric enterprise organization at a leadership level; 5 downstream marketing activations and business drivers; 6 leading data product and analytics strategy, roadmap, prioritization in sales, marketing, ecommerce, and digital spaces; 7 using disparate sources of signals to create a cohesive user profile; 8 planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple business developmentbr programs and performance objectives; 9 Team building including recruiting, managing and coaching team members to ensure a healthy resource pool; and 10 synthesizing complex technical matters for business leaders to understand and approve of teams activities. 15 of domestic and international travel required.
