Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications Engineering, a related field, or foreign equivalent, plus 3 years of postbaccalaureate experience in the wireless telecommunications industry. Experience must include call flow knowledge of Wireless systems including PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC and PDCP layers; system engineering activities including feature requirements identification, feature description documentation, parameter optimization, performance analysis, test strategy creation, problem troubleshooting; 5GLTE RAN network architecture; LTENR product and interface testing, and development of test plan and test cases for software features and enhancements; mobility management and mobile broadband radios and interworking between 4G and 5G; 5GLTE protocol stacks and technology; and PC and UNIX Workstation experience in a LANWAN systems environment. 10 domestic travel required. In lieu of a Masters Degree and 3 years of experience, employer is willing to accept a Bachelors Degree and 6 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in the skills set forth above.
