In Lieu of a Masters degree and 2 years of experience, Employer is willing to accept a Bachelors degree in Computer Networks, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent, plus 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or related role. Applicants must have 2 years of experience 5 years of experience in possession of a relevant Bachelors degree in the following 1 telecommunications engineering; 2 3GPP RAN product architecture, design, implementation and performance improvements KPIs; 3 wireless technology procedures including CDMAEVDOLTEVolte and 5G; 4 4G5G Call Processing including RRC, S1MME, S1U, X2, RLC, MAC, PHY protocols; 5 Hybrid Beamforming, Massive MIMO, New Waveforms, LTENR interworking coexistence, and 5G Numerologies; 6 system engineering activities including feature requirements identification, feature description documentation, parameter optimization, performance analysis, test strategy creation, and problem troubleshooting; 7 RF antenna technologies network optimizations; 8 4G5G RAN Network Technical Support; and 9 LTE5G Air Interface, PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC, PDCP layers TCPIP. 20 domestic travel required.
