In Lieu of a Masters degree and 2 years of experience, Employer is willing to accept a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent, plus 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or related. Applicant must possess 2 years of experience 5 years of experience in possession of a relevant Bachelors degree in the following 1 RAN Systems RF Engineering; 2 VoLTE, 4G5G technologies 3GPP and analyzing the root cause of degradation; 3 Analyzing service impacting parameters and alarms and analyzing their impact on KPIs; 4 Evaluating service performance trends and proactively defining RAN system performance related issues; 5 Data visualization, statistical methods, and methodologies; and 6 4G5G KPI measurement methodologies and targets KPI, KQI for 4G5G RAN product acceptance. 10 domestic travel required.
