Masters degree in Computer Networks, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent, plus 2 years of postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or related. In lieu of a Masters degree and 2 years of experience, Employer is willing to accept a Bachelors Degree in Computer Networks, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent plus at least 5 years of progressively responsible postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or related. Applicants must have 2 years of experience 5 years in possession of relevant Bachelors Degree in the following 1 wireless networks; 2 3GPP systems Core and RAN networks, architecture and protocols; 3 ongoing 3GPP Rel1516 activities; 4 system engineering activities including feature requirements identification, feature description documentation, parameter optimization, performance analysis, test strategy creation, and problem troubleshooting; 5 4G5G concepts, including Hybrid Beamforming, Massive MIMO, New Waveforms, LTENR interworking and coexistence, and 5G numerologies; 6 5G or 4G air interface and call processing technologies and network architecture specifically focused on Radio Access Network; 7 wireless systems including PHY, MAC, RLC, RRC and PDCP layers; 8 and LTENR interworking and coexistence. 20 domestic travel required.
