H.7A Accepted fields of study Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry. Foreign equivalent degree accepted.br br Employer will accept alternate combination of education and experience Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in an accepted field of study, and five 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or closely related engineering role.br br With either combination of education and experience, employer requires two 2 years of experience with the following skills design of experiment; developing continuous improvement procedures CIPs; optimization of equipment and process performance and targeting for product yield enhancement; defect monitoring, characterization, and root cause analysis.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
