Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in buy side such as private equity, family office, etc. building financial models including LBO model, full operating model, and waterfall model, developing financial projections, analyzing financial statements and company federal tax returns, supporting MA transactions, and providing posttransaction supportbr 2. Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated MA advisory experience such as creating confidential information memorandum, performing free cash flow analysis, justifying EBITDA adjustments, managing MA auction process, creating management presentation, and conducting due diligencebr 3. Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated MA experience in the lower middle market, as well as minimum of 1 year experience supporting MA transactions using different debt financing including senior debt, junior debt, and 7a and 504 loan programs from US Small Business Administration SBAbr 4. Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in reviewing and negotiating transaction agreements, including nondisclosure agreement NDA and purchase agreement.br 5.
