The position requires a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial or Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field and ten years of experience in the job offered or in Quality Engineering or Continuous Improvement. Will accept masters degree or foreign equivalent in lieu of two years of stated experience. Stated experience must include 3 years of experience with 5S as a project leader; Project management and risk management; developing and leading performance improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma tools and Project Management; Applicable regulations; Safety protocols; Manufacturing tolerances; working in crossfunctional teams; and utilizing software packages including MiniTab, MS Office suite Word, Excel, Visio and Project, Improve, and PowerPoint. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, andor experience which would qualify an applicant for the position.
