Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Data Engineering, or related plus twelve 12 years of experience in building and leading data engineering teams with at least five 5 years of experience within large scale retail organization, such as a Fortune 500 organization.br br Experience must includebr br 1. Ten 10 years of experience guiding teams through unstructured technical problems to deliver business impact and translating highlevel business objectives into actions.br 2. Three 3 years of experience building scalable machine learning systems and datadriven products working with multifunctional teams.br 3. Three 3 years of experience implementing CDP and building customer identity, householding, segmentation, and activation of segments to Adobe and other platforms.br 4. Five 5 years of experience developing pipelines in CDP and integrating real time mission critical applications using Kafka streaming and message brokers such as IIB IBM Integration Bus as well as batched data feeds from Snowflake or other similar data platforms.br 5. Eight 8 years of experience programming in Python, Scala, or Java.br 6. Eight 8 years of experience with microservices architecture, design patterns, and standard methodologies with an eye towards scale, automation, resiliency, high availability and user experience.br 7. Five 5 years of experience in cloud computing application implementations on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.br 8. Eight 8 years of experience working with architectural principles involved in SaaS and multitenant platforms.br 9. Five 5 years of experience creating effective KPIs and metrics to measure operational performance.br 10.
