Bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business, Computer Engineering, or closely related technology or business field and eight 8 years of experience in conducting enterprise analysis or analyzing business requirements.br br Experience must includebr br 1. Two 2 years of experience across multiple Oracle HCM Modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning or Benefits Administration modules.br 2. Five 5 years of experience with implementations and upgrades of 9.x version of PeopleSoft.br 3. Seven 7 years of experience working in a team in an offshore model.br 4. Five 5 years of experience troubleshooting and supporting production issues and business processes.br 5. Five 5 years of experience facilitating coordination with business stakeholders, system analysts and others to configure software and to effectively document information on project.br 6. Seven 7 years of experience performing requirement analysis, keep drop analysis, fit gap analysis, functional design specification development and documentation.br br Less than 15 travel to domestic sites for offsite meetings, conferences or training.
