Requires Bachelors degree Computer Science or closely related field; or foreign degree equivalent; and at least five 5 years of experience in business analysis and working in the Project Management discipline, including working within Oracle, specifically Oracle implementation and detailed reports within Oracle. Must be proficient through work experience or academic course work in BPMN Business Process Modeling Notation, and in process reengineering utilizing Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement approaches.br br Position allows for occasional telecommuting within commuting distance of reporting office in Elgin, IL.
