Experience is required and must include the following Applying building science to analyze how the building enclosure controls heat, air, and water; Understanding and applying building codes such as International Energy Conservation Code IECC and ASHRAE; Utilizing digital modeling tools such as THERM or WUFI; Designing and developing details for the building enclosure; and Observing construction activity to determine if in accordance with contract documents. Employer will accept a Masters degree and 6 months experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience.
