Five years of experience as a Manager or a related position, which must includebr ReviewedPrepared Federal, State, and International tax filings 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1120REIT, 8865, 8868, 5471, 1042, 1099DIV, 5452, CBT, FATCA, FBAR, PFIC reporting, Guarantee Payment, Basis Calculations, using GoSystem, OneSource, CCH Axcess, or CorpTax.br Prepared and reviewed ASC 740 Memos and Quarterly Annual REIT testing, including PSQ reviews and Demand letters.br Prepare Federal State Schedule K1s and assist with Restructures, including complex income allocations, 754 Basis calculation, agreement review, unitarycombined reporting.br Must hold current CPA or EA license.br br Employer will accept any combination of education, experience, or training.
