Must be admitted in to the bar in good standing in New York.br br br Q.H.10b. cont br br Must have 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of litigation experience in each of the following 1 Overseeing discovery, including document review, privilege review, quality control, and document productions; 2 Drafting interrogatories and requests for production of documents, and responses to same; 3 Conducting legal research and writing, including drafting legal memoranda and court filings; 4 Conducting witness interviews, deposition prep, and government presentations; and 5 Handling multiple litigation and enforcement matters at a time.br br The stated experience must include two years of litigation experience in New York State.
