Experience is required and must include the following Handling Business Development and Deployment of all stages of a food business from concept, opportunity identification including research and commercial prospecting, to market study and strategic planning, followed by deployment and management of the business; Handling Operations Management activities related to the operations of human resources management financial management; Working on Reversion of Business Deficit by detecting causes of deficient financial and operational results through defining, implementing and monitoring action plans to eliminate losses to make the business profitable by reducing costs and increasing profitability; Managing 10 restaurants at the same time while assuring compliance with health standards regarding food manipulation; and Defining restaurant forecasting by formulating accurate budgets to project sales and costs for a year on a weekly and monthly basis.
