This position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or related field, plus 3 years of professional work experience in automotive product development. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with 1. Driver assistance technologies and functions; 2. System design and release procedures for electronic power steering; 3. System engineering; 4. Design and validation methods such as DFMEA, DVPR or DFSS; 5. Product development lifecycle for automotive steering; and 6. Problem solving methods such as 8D, Red X, DFSS.
