Experience with ADP software for payroll. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Experience on creating employees development plan and career path. Experience in building an excellent work environment to work at focused on implementing, better benefits and compensation package. Experience with creating a retention plan to downlow the turnover combining learning opportunities, crosstraining programs, and succession plan. Experience with successful implementation of the onboarding plan, with reports for short, mid and long term based on KPIs and Performance review.
