Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field and 3 years of engineering experience in a highvolume manufacturing operation. Experience must include AutoCAD, CATIA, ENOVIA, and Solid works; DOE, Geometric Dimensioning Tolerance, Torque Tooling, Error Proofing, and PFMEA; Lean Assembly Principles, Time Studies using MTM or MODAPTS; and Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, andor Sigma DMAIC.
