Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field and 3 years of or a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent as stated above and 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience. Experience must include supporting and leading development of highvolume manufacturing processes and production equipment; Six Sigma DMAIC, Lean Assembly Principles, Time Studies using MTM or MODAPTS; DOE, GDT, Error Proofing, PFMEA, and control plan; and reporting, creating, and managing KPIs in a production environment.
