Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a closely related field and 3 years of or a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent as stated above and 5 years of experience with APQP, PPAP, and FMEA. Experience must include metal forming including progressive and transfer stamping, and hot stamping; MIG and resistance welding, and tooling; metrology, inspection methods and equipment; SPC and GDT; and Lean Manufacturing.
