1 Oversee the Engineering team through the effective management of staffing needs, hiring, training, team building, career development, performance evaluations, establishment and management of individual goals, objectives, and effective communication with other teams, departments and stakeholders.br 2 Lead team of software and test engineers in the engineering group to ensure deliverables meet timelines and established quality standards.br 3 Responsible for the overall performance and quality of all software deliverables.br 4 Mentor and guide team members to achieve highest levels of quality and productivity.br 5 Oversee the creation of estimates for all projectrelated tasks, and ensure they accurately reflect the effort required for results commensurate with quality standards.br 6 Working in close coordination with IT Service Center staff.br 7 Attending Change Control status meetings.br 8 Producing regular management reports.br br Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
