Position requires a bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical field plus 5 years ofbr experience in the Telecommunications Industry in a technical engineering position 50 domestic travel required for the positionbr Must have experience in each of the following skillsbr Extensive handson experience configuring Ribbon Session Border Controllers, Ribbon Analytics, Ribbon Policy Server, Ribbon Element Management Servers, and Ribbon Edgemarc devices.br Experience in telephony protocols including Session Initiation Protocol SIP, SS7, H.323, H.248 and MGCPbr Experience working with security protocols including IPSEC, TLS, VPNs, NATs and Firewallsbr Experience with cloud based telephony environment and offers such as MS Teams and Zoom Phonebr Experience working with IP networks including Ethernet, TCPUDP, MPLS, and related technologiesbr Experience in cloud computing, virtual network functions, and public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCPbr Experience with Openstack and familiarly with container technologybr Experience in scripting in a software environment such as pythonbr Experience working and programming with APIs including REST, XMLSOAP or CLIbr Experience in using software and hardware based test tools to generate telephony traffic, perform troubleshooting, packet capture and analysis of abovebr Proven background of troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and accurately
