Requires a Masters or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical engineering, Chemical engineering, Aerospace engineering or related engineering field with coursework or thesis work in thermal fluid or energy and 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of experience performing fluid flow analysis for highly engineered products. Also requires 1 year of experience performing system or component design for thermofluid systems; evaluating, analyzing, qualifying, and implementing thermodynamic, fluid flow and heat transfer solutions for consumer or industrial products; applying low Global Warming Potential refrigerants; designing and conducting experiments for product prototypes and interpret summarize data into reports; and using Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD software and interpreting and analyzing CFD results. Employee reports to office in Lewisville, TX. Position may work from home, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
