Must have three 3 years of experience with Linux OS. Must have two 2 years of experience with managing IT projects from inception to completion; mentoring and coaching team members within software engineering to achieve desired results for customers; presenting to executives, volunteers, and peers to promote the work of the team or projects including in conferences and blogs; and opensource software. Must have one 1 year of experience leading a software engineering or IT team.
