An Engineer In Training EIT Certificate is required and obtain a P.E. license in a year from hire is desired. Specific skills include extensive knowledge and use of ACAD Civil3D, drafting, designing specifying technical equipment. Knowledge of hydrology, soils and materials testing, structural engineering, drainage stormwater designs are required.
